~ Two Hours Traffic ~

Beginning as an acoustic duo and expanding its line up in 2002, Two Hours Traffic had begun to create a stir on the East Coast. The Charlottetown based band built a reputation around the region after an impressive string of local dates and the release of their EP, "The April Storm".

From there East Coast musical icon Joel Plaskett took an interest in the band and wound up producing their follow up to "The April Storm". The band played a number of shows with some of the best bands in the region including Joel Plaskett, as well as, Wintersleep, In Flight Safety and Eyes For Telescopes. Their star was rising.

Since then the list has grown in national stature and has become too long to list. The band has gone on to release a third album with put them on the short list for the Polaris Prize. A fourth album comes out in September ’09 They continue to attract new fans wherever they play their brand of indie pop and have built a fan base across the country.
